Pastor Tom Dillingham and his wife, Kim, have been the pastors of Common Ground Church since its beginning in 2005. They have 5 boys, Austin, Cody, Drew, Jake and Zachary. Before starting Common Ground Church, Pastor Tom was the campus pastor at LifeChurch.tv in Tulsa and was Victory Christian Center's youth leader for several years.

Christi Wyatt is the Church Administrator. She attends church with her husband, John, and daughter, Elizabeth. They have been at Common Ground Church since it began when her husband used to engineer the audio for the weekly experiences.
