Get A Plan
from the pastor Written by Tom Dillingham Wednesday, 22 October 2008 Most of us want to change something in our lives. The question is how bad do we want to do it. Whether it is losing a few pounds or getting out of debt we all need some sort of change.
The problem is that we want change, but we keep doing the same things. I am nearing 40 years old and one of my goals is to be in great shape at 40. I have told myself forever that when I hit 40 I will be in the best shape since I was 20.
I was were most of us our and talking about it and then I realized that just talking about it would do nothing for me. It was time I had some action and started working out.
What action do you need to take in your life. There is no better time to do it than today!!!! By the way I am now working out every day.
